We started crimson-snow in 2014 with a simple observation: most people do not need a travel agent to book flights and hotels. What they need is someone who genuinely knows where to go, when to go, and what to do once they get there.
The founders met while working for a large tour operator, watching frustrated customers receive cookie-cutter packages that rarely matched their expectations. There had to be a better approach. One that valued conversation over transaction. One that treated every trip as significant, whether a weekend in Wales or a month across the Mediterranean.
Built on Real Relationships
Over the years, we have cultivated direct relationships with hotels, local guides, and experience providers across the UK and Europe. These are not faceless partnerships. We know the people we recommend. We have stayed in those rooms, walked those trails, eaten at those restaurants.
That knowledge transforms what we can offer. When you ask for a quiet hotel with character near the centre of Barcelona, we do not search a database. We remember the one with the courtyard garden that never appears on booking sites.
